2023: APC Chieftain, Murtala Yakubu donates over 46 vehicles for Campaigns in Kogi

The Deputy National Public Secretary, All Progressives Congress (APC) and member of the National Working Committee of the party, Alhaji Yakubu Murtala Ajaka, on Wednesday, donated 46 vehicles for campaign towards the 2023 general elections in Kogi State.

shortly after the vehicles were inaugurated by the Chief of Staff to Kogi State Government, Pharm. Abdulkareem Jamiu Asuku at the Government House, Lokoja, on behalf of the Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, the donor said the gesture was aimed at galvanizing party members to embark on increased campaigns at the grassroots to ensure electoral victory for the party in 2023.

He promised more donations soon to enable APC realise its aim of ensuring victory in the forthcoming general elections in the state.

Murtala Ajaka, who declined question, as to whether he has political ambition, simply said,”I am a politician.”

Earlier, while inaugurating the vehicles, Governor Bello, commended Murtala Ajaka for the gesture and called on members of APC to use the vehicles for the purposes intended, to enable the party achieve “total victory” in all its electíons during the general electíons.

Our Correspondent gathered that the vehicles comprises 21 cars for coordinators, 21 for Party Chairmen and 4 for others.
