Member representing Okehi State Constituency and Chief Whip of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon. Muktar Salihu Bajeh is in Lagos to attend the annual retreat of the Young Parliamentarians in Nigeria.
The Kogi lawmaker who is participating in the retreat among other things to woo members of the parliamentarians to support the presidential aspiration of Governor Yahaya Bello, the youngest Governor in Nigeria also a member of the youth constituency.
Speaking to journalists in Lagos, the lawmaker said Governor Yahaya Bello being youth and in line with the ongoing youth agitation to be included in the management of the country, it would be expedient for them to rally round him come the 2023 presidential election.
He said his achievements in the area of security, infrastructural development, human capital development and as an active participant in resolving national issues position him to be one of the best hands to reposition the country for the benefit of all.
He called on Nigerian youths to support one of their own who is a unifiers that will create huge opportunities for the youths, stressing that youths constitues over seventy percent of Kogi State appointees who are currently serving both male and female.
