YOWICAN HONOURS SPEAKER KOLAWOLE WITH MEDAL

Inview of the 60th celebration of Nigeria Independence, the Youth Wing of CAN (Christian Association of Nigeria), (YOWICAN), Kogi State Chapter has given a medal to the Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. (Prince) M.O. Kolawole.

The Chairman of Kogi YOWICAN, Pastor O.A. Owoyemi while presenting the medal alongside his immediate predecessor, Pastor S.O. Ajinuhi said the award is in recognition of his contribution to the Church, Christian Fold and Youths Accross the State.

He also seized the opportunity to invite the Speaker to the Together and Unity Cup Football Competition, he said it is to entrench the Together and Untiy of the Nigeria Community.

Pastor S.O. Ajinuhi said YOWICAN has put it upon herself to sensitized youths accros the country on the direction the country is going in all sector and phases, be it politically, economically, socially, etc, in order for them to be able to tap into the unfolding opportunities for self sufficiency and wealth creation.

The Speaker appreciates YOWICAN for encouraging him, assures the entire CAN body to always do his best to support them and their activities according to the principles of the Bible.
