ZAMFARA ASSEMBLY PASSES RESOLUTION CALLING ON THE STATE GOVERNMENT TO CONSTRUCT EASTERN BYE -PASS ROAD IN TSAFE TOWN

          

The state House of Assembly unanimously passed a resolution calling on the state government under the the leadership of Dr Bello Muhammad MON Matawallen Maradun and shatima of Sokoto to as a matter of urgency to hasten the construction of eastern Bye-pass Road in Tsafe town in order to ease traffic conjection in the town especially during market days .

The resolution followed a motion raised at the hallow chamber of the state House of Assembly by member representing Tsafe east constituency Hon Musa Bawa Musa Yankuzo who also doubles as the Deputy speaker of of the House.

Hon Musa Bawa Musa further maintained that Tsafe town, being the gateway to Zamfara state need such type of expansion along the eastern part of the town to allow for easy passage of vehicular movements from in and out of the state.

He said the distance of the Road is approximated at four kilometers and does not require bridges or multi cells culvert therefore does not also require much money to execute it .

The mover of the motion also opined that as commercial nerve centre of the state when the Road is constructed it will raise the economic profile of tsafe local government in particular and the state at large .

Also contributing both Hon Aliyu Namaigora Danjibga of Tsafe west and Hon Yusuf Muhammad Anka threw their support to their colleague urging the state government to the needful regarding the constitution of the Road .

After due deliberations by the House members on the matter, speaker Nasiru Mu’azu Magarya did not west time in endorsing the House recommendation on the issue and directed the House committee on works and Transport to take up the matter to the executive for immediate implementation.

The House also considered a bill for a law to provide for the establishment Zamfara state Directorate of investment and public private partnership and other Matters connected therewith 2020 and gave it second reading later commit it to the House committee on commerce and industries for further scrutiny and report back to the plenary in two weeks time.

Speaker Nasiru Mu’azu Magarya concludes today’s plenary with slite adjustment of House special and standing committees which saw Hon Ibrahim Tudu Tukur Bakura as the chairman House committee on Humanitarian affairs disaster management and social development a newly formed House committee that was extracted from House special committee which is in consonance with the House standing rules 2012 as amended .
