48th birthday: Kogi Women Commissioner Buba salute Gov. Bello on Women inclusiveness

 

 

The Kogi State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development Hajia Fatima Kabir Buba has felicitated with Governor Bello as he marks his 48th birthday.

 

Buba, in a statement on Sunday described the Governor as the most Women friendly personality in the history of Kogi State and Nigeria in general.

 

 

She appreciated Governor Bello for his remarkable achievement in the last seven years, stressing that, he remains a leader who is worthy of emulation by generations for today, tomorrow and yet unborn.

 

 

The Commissioner recounted the role of Governor Bello in making Women relevant in the political space adding that, under his watch and through his influence, Nigeria Women are holding key political positions compared to what is obtainable in the past.

 

She explained further that, the notion of Women place is in the kitchen, violence against Women in Kogi State is now a thing of the past thanks to the doggedness of his Excellency who have facilitated and assented to bills that would protect the right of Women, and the girl Child.

 

 

Buba, used the medium to pray to Almighty Allah for Governor Bello to continue to have that strength and good health to pilot the affairs of Kogi State to a greater heights, just as She reaffirmed that Women in Kogi State are fully prepared to vote the candidate of the All Progressive Congress, (APC) in the November 11 Governorship election.

 

The statement reads, “I want to on behalf of my Family, Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development and the entire Women in Kogi State to felicitate with our leader, the hero of our time in Nigeria political history Alhaji Yahaya Bello. Your purposeful, dedicated and remarkable achievement and leadership is worthy of emulation s. In our history here in Kogi State, Women played a viral part in your cabinet.

 

“You ensure that Women in Kogi State are adequately protected and given that serene environment to explore their potentials. What else can we say but to keep telling thank you, for the good work your administration has done since you assume office in 2016. As you celebrate this day, Almighty Allah will take you to your heart desires in this world. Once again, happy birthday to my boss, the best performing Governor in the history of Kogi State”.
