The Chairman of Forum of Special Advisers to Governor of Kogi State, Omoluabi Bode Adeyemi has penned a thoughtful birthday to former Governor Yahaya Bello who turned 50 on Wednesday.

In a message he titled “Ode to a generational bridge builder at 50” he described former Governor as a courageous leader whose impact cannot be forgotten.

Fu statement below

Your excellency, our beacon of hope, our bridge builder, our pathfinder, our torchbearer and a man upon whom many destinies God places their responsibilities on.

At 50, you’ve built yourself a name so rare and legacies so indelible. At 50, you’ve built thousands and have helped uncountable to achieve their goals in life. At 50, you’ve conquered many battles anyone in your age even have. At 50, you’ve built cities and impacted generations. At 50, you’ve made unassailable contributions to humanity. At 50, you’ve carried out still carrying responsibilities and burden of leadership as though you’re 90.

As your loyal political disciple, I thank you for all you’ve done, still doing and would do. I thank you for showing bravery and courage in unmistakable manners. Thank you for exemplifying excellence and originality. Thank you for changing the political status quo in Kogi State. Thank you for enthroning youth leadership. Thank you for my community, Kabba. Thank you for the university that have become the greatest thing that ever happened to my community. Thank you for the Kabba township roads and the Beaty they wear now. Thank you for personally believing in me in and out of office.

As you continue to impact humanity like a colossus that you are, I pray for grace, more courage, strength, wisdom and long life.

Happy birthday my benefactor.

High Chief Omoluabi Bode Adeyemi Mnipr,
Omoluabi Bobaseye of Oro-Ago kingdom.
