64th anniversary: Coach Abinu felicitates with President Lokoja club 1901 Alhaji Abdulfatah Karinat, BOT Chairman, Barrister Tunde Bello

64th anniversary: Coach Abinu felicitates with President Lokoja club 1901 Alhaji Abdulfatah Karinat, BOT Chairman, Barrister Tunde Bello

A renowned Philanthropist in Kogi State Amb. Coach Gabriel Abinu has felicitated with the President, Lokoja club 1901 Alhaji Abdulfatah Karinat, Chairman Board of Trustees, (BOT) Barrister Tunde Bello, and other members on the 64th independence anniversary celebration of the Country.

In a statement issued to journalists on Tuesday, Coach Abinu commended Alhaji Abdulfatah Karinat, Barrister Tunde Bello and other members of the club for their resilience over the years, expressing optimism of a better things ahead in the club.

He noted that the bond exhibited by members of the club over the years is highly commendable, noting, that they will forever remain united in championing the course of Lokoja club 1901.

He tasked them to remain committed to the course for a better nation adding that they should not be discouraged by the current economic hardship.

“The celebration of Nigeria 64 independence anniversary calls for renewed hope for our Country. Lokoja club 1901 is a house hold name in Kogi State. While we acknowledged that the Country is facing some pocket of challenges, it is our collective responsibility to ensure that we pray for a Country so that things will get better.

” The Government both at the Federal and State level has set up modalities and policies to ameliorate the current hardship in the land. Am appealing to our members and all Nigerians to remain patient so that the current administration can fulfil their campaign promises for the people”.

He equally congratulated Kogi State Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo for governing the State well in the last nine months adding that, Lokoja club 1901 will continue to support his administration for it to succeed in Kogi State.
