A NEW VISION FOR SSANU: ELECT MRS. TINA TANIMOWO BAMIDELE AS YOUR NEXT WOMEN LEADER!

Fellow members of the Federal University Lokoja community, I am excited to announce my candidacy for the position of Women Leader, Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU).

As a dedicated and passionate member of our university community, I am committed to serving the interests of female staff members and promoting the welfare of all employees. With your support, I am confident that we can achieve great things together.

My vision for SSANU is one of inclusivity, equality, and empowerment. I promise to listen to your concerns, address them promptly, and work tirelessly to promote the values of SSANU. I will foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, mutual respect, and open communication.

As your Women Leader, I will prioritize the following key areas:

– Empowerment of female staff members through training, mentorship, and career development opportunities
– Promotion of work-life balance and support for staff members with family responsibilities
– Advocacy for equal opportunities and fair treatment for all staff members
– Collaboration with university management to address staff welfare and development issues
– Promotion of health and wellness programs for staff members
– Support for staff members with disabilities and special needs

I am a leader, a team player, and a servant. I am ready to serve our university community with integrity, compassion, and dedication. I have a proven track record of leadership and community service, and I am confident that I have the skills and experience necessary to excel as your Women Leader.

I humbly seek your support in this election. Together, we can create a brighter future for our university community. Let us work together to build a more inclusive, equitable, and empowering work environment for all.
