APC Deputy National Publicity Secretary, Hon. Durosinmi Meseko, Extends Warm Christmas Greetings to Nigerians

As Christians across the country join the global community to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, the Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Durosinmi Meseko, has released a heartfelt message of goodwill, urging Nigerians to embrace the spirit of love, sacrifice, and renewed hope.
In a statement released on Wednesday, Hon. Meseko described Christmas as a season that transcends mere festivities, calling it a “profound reminder of God’s love for humanity.”
Hon. Meseko emphasized that the essence of Christmas lies in the virtues of selflessness and peace. He encouraged the Christian faithful and all Nigerians to use this period to reflect on the teachings of Christ, which center on compassion for the less privileged and harmony among neighbors.
“Christmas is a time of joy, but more importantly, it is a time for us to internalize the lessons of humility and sacrifice taught by Jesus Christ,” Meseko stated. “As we celebrate, let us extend a hand of fellowship to those around us, ensuring that the light of hope reaches every corner of our nation.”
The APC chieftain also used the occasion to reiterate the commitment of the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration to the “Renewed Hope” agenda. He noted that while the country is navigating a period of significant economic reforms, the long-term benefits will lead to a more prosperous and stable Nigeria.
Key highlights of his message included:
A call for Nigerians of all faiths to remain united in the face of challenges.
An appeal for continued patience and prayer for the nation’s leaders.
A reminder for citizens to celebrate moderately and prioritize safety during the holiday travels.
Hon. Meseko concluded his message by wishing all Nigerians a peaceful celebration and a prosperous New Year in advance. He expressed optimism that 2026 would usher in greater milestones for the country.
“On behalf of my family, I wish every Nigerian a Merry Christmas and a fulfilling year ahead,” he said.
