Assembly Committee on Appropriation Economic Planning And Budget Monitoring To Track MDAs 2024 Budget in Kogi
The Chairman House Committee on Appropriation Economic Planning And Budget Monitoring Sam Olawunmi Jacob has promised to ensure that public funds are Judiciously used for the people of the state.
He stated this while addressing assembly press corps on the budget defence exercise at the assembly complex.
He said Ministries Departments and Agencies, MDAs , would be monitored to ensure effective utilization of their budget estimate through the legislative instrument of oversight function of its various assembly committees.
Mr Olawunmi appreciated the civil Society organisations and the media for their commitment by thoroughly supporting the exercise.
