AVOYI TEAM 4 ODODO COMMENDS GOVERNOR ODODO ON STRATEGIC APPOINTMENT
The Avoyi Team 4 Ododo has commended Kogi State Governor, Ahmed Usman Ododo, for appointing one of its members and coordinator of the women’s wing, Princess Yussuf Nana Hauwa, as Director-General of the Kogi State Broadcasting Corporation.
In a commendation message made available by the Avoyi Team 4 Ododo’s Director of Media, Halimat Isah (former SSA to the Governor in the office of the Deputy Governor’s wife), the Convener, Avoyi Nwogu (former SSA to the Governor on Electronic Media), described the appointment as a reward for hard work and dedication to duty.
Avoyi also declared that it is an indication to the fact that the efforts of the Avoyi Team before, during, and after the election that produced Governor Ododo were noticed and thanked the Governor, wishing him a successful tenure.

“I thank Governor Ahmed Ododo. I know he is a blessing to the entire Kogi people. He recognizes the efforts of individuals and groups, and I know more appointments are coming to Avoyi Team 4 Ododo because we sincerely went all out with our resources to campaign and ensure all our members, over a thousand, were mobilized from their respective destinations across Nigeria to come to Kogi to vote.
“We will continue to do our best and pray for the Governor because he has started well. Workers are receiving salaries on time, and restructuring, construction, and upgrades of former facilities are ongoing. We will not forget to appreciate the former Governor, Yahaya Bello, who God used to bring Gov. Ododo on board. He is a leader we will not forget in the history of Kogi, and Kogi Central in particular for not holding back.
In the statement, the team assured the Governor that Hajia Yussuf Nana Hauwa, as Director-General of the Kogi State Broadcasting Corporation, will not disappoint him and will bring her accumulated experience in the media world to bear to navigate the broadcast industry to a higher level of operations that will generate its quota of revenue for the uplift of the state.
