Ayegunle Gbede Day 2025: Rep Salman Idris Donates SUV to Olu of Ayegunle Gbede
The member representing Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency, Hon. Salman Idris has donated an SUV to the Olu of Ayegunle Gbede, Oba Abdulateef Haruna in Ijumu Local Government Area.
The Vehicle was presented on behalf of the Lawmaker by Alh. Hakeem Omojarabi at this year’s Ayegunle Gbede Day attended by dignitaries from all walks of life.
According to him, the donation was to aid the mobility of the Traditional Ruler, whose reign has brought good tidings to the Community.

He assured that more of the gestures will be extended to Traditional Rulers in the Federal Constituency towards meeting their logistics needs.
He charged the Olu Ayegunle Gbede to continue to lead his subject without fear or favour, praying for more fruitful and rewarding reign.
Responding, Oba Haruna, expressed delight with the donation which he described as a Christmas Gift that is timely.
On his Part, the National President of Ayegunle Gbede Descendant Union, Comr. Ahmed-Ade Fatai applauded the donation, describing it as a relief to the mobility challenges of the Traditional Ruler.
