Barr Alfred Bello Congratulates Immediate Past Speaker, Matthew Kolawole on completion of Tenures
A former member of the Kogi State House of Assembly and chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress in Kabba/Bunu local government area of Kogi state, Barrister Alfred Bello has rejoiced with and congratulated Rt. Hon.(Prince) Matthew Kolawole on the successful completion of his two term tenures as the member and speaker of the assembly, a feat that is rear to come by.
He said it is a thing of joy for one to start and end a tenure of an office in good health, stressing that God used him to break barriers in the local government, haven not be privileged to produce Governor, Deputy Governor, federal Minister, SSG etc but his tenure has brought about dividends of democracy for the area.
Barrister Alfred commended Governor Yahaya Bello who gave him the opportunity to serve in the capacity, pointing out that his tenure as the 12th speaker of the assembly was a blessing to the area through numerous projects like the Kabba township road, the ongoing construction of Model science secondary school in Okebukun aside the employment of many of the youths into government ministries, agencies and departments.
He said he looked forward to work with him and other stakeholders of the party to deliver Kabba/Bunu to the APC come November 11th Governorship Election in the state
