The ThisDay Newspaper / Arise TV Governor of the Year Award 2024, conferred on His Excellency Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, the Executive Governor of Delta State, has been celebrated as a landmark recognition of outstanding leadership.
HRH Dr. John Holth Ologho, from lsoko North LGA of Delta State described the award as a clear assurance of a brighter future for Delta State under the transformative MORE Agenda.

HRH DR John Holth Ologho hailed Governor Oborevwori as a leader who has consistently demonstrated an unwavering dedication to advancing Delta State’s progress. He noted that the MORE Agenda—which emphasizes Meaningful development, Opportunities for all, Realistic reforms, and Enhanced peace and security—has become a benchmark for inclusive and sustainable governance in Nigeria.
