Breaking : Godswill Akpabio wins as President of Nigeria Senate.
One time Governor of Alkwa Ibom and immediate past Minister of the Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Akpabio has emerged as the President of the Senate of the 10th National Assembly.
In the leadership election conducted this morning at the red chamber of the national assembly, Senator Godswill Akpabio polled 63 votes while his opponent Abdullaziz Yari of Zamfara poll 46 votes.
