Breaking News: Senator Smart Adeyemi’s Mother, Princess Victoria Adeyemi is Dead

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Princess Victoria Oyeyemi Kikelomo Adeyemi (JP), the mother of Senator Smart Adeyemi, who represented Kogi West Senatorial District at the National Assembly sometime ago.

Although no official statement has been released by the senator, sources close to the family have confirmed her demise.

Princess Victoria Adeyemi, a revered matriarch, passed away at her private residence in Abuja after a brief illness at the ripe age of 90.

She was known for her virtuous nature and dedication to raising her children in the ways of the Lord. Her legacy includes nurturing notable figures, including Senator Smart Adeyemi.

The family hails from Iyara, the headquarters of Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State. Funeral arrangements will be announced in due course, and we anticipate a dignified farewell to this remarkable woman.

As we await further details, we extend our deepest condolences to Senator Smart Adeyemi and his family during this difficult time. May Princess Victoria Adeyemi’s soul rest in peace.
