British American Varsity Honours Gov. Ododo’s Aide, Abdulrasheed Adabara with Honorary Doctorate Degree.

British America University of California has honoured the Special Adviser to the Governor of Kogi State on Intergovernmental Affairs, Hon. Abdulrasheed Adabara, with an Honorary Doctorate in Humanity and as a Dignified Society Icon.
This accolade was bestowed upon him after the Governing Board of the University approved his nomination, acknowledging his outstanding leadership qualities, philanthropic endeavours, and remarkable achievements in the humanities.

The Honorary Doctorate Award was presented to Hon. Abdulrasheed Adabara by the Vice Chancellor of the Institution, Prof. Walter Terry Parrish, in a ceremony held on 24th August 2024, at the National Merit Award House, Maitama, Abuja.
The event also highlighted the significance of his contributions to society, based on the recommendation of the Faculty, nominated by the Kings College British American Institute.
The Vice Chancellor noted that the recognition of the Special Adviser was based on his exemplary leadership style and notable contributions to society.
While expressing deep gratitude in his acceptance speech, Hon. Abdulrasheed Adabara thanked the Institution’s headquarters in California, the Board of Trustees, the governing council, and the management of BAU for deeming him worthy of the distinguished honour.
While pledging his unwavering commitment to diligently serve society, he praised the visionary leader of the university for pushing the boundaries by positively bringing to life the dream of imparting knowledge.
