Chairman Forum of Special Advisers to Kogi Governor, Omoluabi congratulates Kabba/Bunu CTC, ALGON Chairman, others on extension of tenure, charges them to remain committed to promoting continuity and consolidation agenda of Governor Ododo
The Special Adviser to the Governor of Kogi State on Energy Matters who doubles as the Chairman of Forum of Special Advisers to the Governor of Kogi State, Omoluabi Bode Adeyemi has congratulated the Chairman of Kabba/Bunu LGA, Hon Dare Zacheous Michael l, the ALGON Chairman in Kogi State who doubles as the Chairman of Yagba West LGA, Hon Tosin Olokun and all the Caretaker Chairmen in Kogi state over the extension of their tenure by the Kogi State House of Assembly. He describes the decision of the Governor of the state to forward request for the tenure extension to the state Houses of Assembly as timely, needful and expedient because of the fundamental need to create leadership at the LGA level pending the conduct of elections into various offices at that level.
Omoluabi commended the Governor for being a total stickler of rule of law and defender of the local government system who is desirous of seamless administration for overall well-being of the people at the local level and development of the state.
The Special Advisers said in six months, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo have shown unprecedented commitments to the welfare, security and progress of the people at grassroots through provision of palliatives on four different occasions, coordination of recruitment of local hunters for security, provision of enabling environment and required tools for agriculture renaissance and formulation of policies that promotes grassroots development.
The Special Adviser made the comments in a press release made available to journalists at Lokoja on Friday. He commended the LGA Caretaker Chairmen for their loyalty to the Governor, commitment to ensuring security of lives and properties and noticeable service to the people. Omoluabi described the CTCs as indispensable assets of grassroots development who holds strategic role in the continuity and consolidation agenda of the Governor.
Omoluabi specifically commended his own LGA CTC, Barrister Zacheous Dare Michael for his proactive leadership, commitment to security and Defence of the people at all levels. He commended the CTC’s giant effort in building the ongoing Security Base in Kabba to create more conducive environment for better service delivery by the vigilantes and hunters that are expected to make use of the facility.
The Special Adviser also commended the Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon Yusuf for unequalled and unprecedented Executive-LEgislative relationship has has sustained to help the government succeed, he describes the speaker as a humble parliamentarian who leads the assembly with eyes on the goal and well-being of his members
