Chief Onoja donated a fully furnished office, residential quarters, modern communication equipment, and a vehicle to enhance the NSCDC’s operations.

Speaking at the event, Chief Onoja emphasized the importance of collaboration among security agencies, including the police and local protection councils, to ensure a comprehensive security framework.

“This is a call to all stakeholders to support these efforts rather than criticize them. Our community’s safety is paramount,” he said.

On his part, the state commandant of the NSCDC, represented by ACC Sylvester Idakwoji and SC Edibo Yusuf Hassan, commended Onoja’s contributions, describing them as timely and impactful.

“The provision of vehicles and communication tools, they noted, would significantly enhance crime prevention and the mobility of security personnel.

Also at the inauguration,Local leaders also praised Onoja’s philanthropy. Chief Paul Ibrahim, the Okpaleko of Ofante, hailed him as a trailblazer in the Ogugu Kingdom, citing his initiatives in water provision, road maintenance, and education.

“This new outpost ensures that criminals will have no hiding place in our state,” he added.
