The chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cadillac Hotel and Garden, Abuja, Chief Owoniyi Femi Omoga has joined family, associates and well wishers to congratulate Mr. Enimola Eniola on his recent elevation to the position of Permanent Secretary in the Kogi State Civil Service, described the promotion as well deserved.

He said it is the joy of everything civil servant to attain the apex of their career in the service, stressing that the elevation of Mr Enimola Eniola to the enviable position shows his strong character, dedication and commitment to the service.
