The chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cadillac Hotel and Garden, Abuja, Chief Owoniyi Femi Omoga has joined family, associates and well wishers to congratulate Mr. Enimola Eniola on his recent elevation to the position of Permanent Secretary in the Kogi State Civil Service, described the promotion as well deserved.
