The Honourable Commissioner, Directorate of Riverine Infrastructural Development (D.R.I.D), Hon Ebikeme Clark has extended warm congratulations to the state Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori and Deltans on the 33rd anniversary of the creation of oil rich Delta State.
