Democracy Newsline Newspaper Honours Hon. Taufiq as Local Government Chairman of The Year
The Executive Chairman of Ijumu Local Government Council and Kogi State ALGON Chairman, Hon. Taufiq Isa ably represented by a business tycoon, Comrade Durojaye has received a merit award from the Democracy Newsline Newspaper as Local Government Chairman of the Year.
The publisher of Democracy Newsline Newspaper,Chief Femi Olugbemi,said the presentation was in recognition of the Executive Chairman’s immense contributions to the grassroot and giving back to humanity.

The receiver of the award and Executive Chairman of Ijumu Local Government,Hon. Taufiq Isa thanked the Democracy Newsline Newspaper for finding him worthy among many others.
The Council Chairman has therefore,dedicated the award to his mentor and Boss,The Executive Governor of Kogi State,Alh. Yahaya Bello.
He noted that the award will spur him to continue to give back to the society.
