DG APC Kabba-Bunu Campaign Council, Otunba Olayemi Congratulates Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman on his victory at the Poll

Director General, All Progressives Congress Campaign Council in Kabba-Bunu local government area, Otunba Adeniyi Olayemi has joined numerous party stakeholders and faithful to congratulate Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman and Comrade Oyibo Salifu Joel on their overwhelming victory at the just concluded Governorship Election as the Governor-Elect and Deputy Governor-Elect of Kogi State.

He disclosed this in a press statement he signed and made available to newsmen in Lokoja last night, immediately after they were declared the winners of the keenly contested election.

According to him, he is not surprised at their victory at the poll considering the level of work put into the campaign and the acceptability of the party candidates across the state, hence the outcome of the election truly reflects  the wishes and aspirations of the people, stressing that Alhaji Ododo Usman has proved to be a man of courage that has the capacity and ability to take the state to another level of development.

He said there is no gainsaying that the APC will continue to do it’s best in propelling development across the nooks and crannies of the state, urging the people to sustain their support and cooperation for the incoming administration of Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman to move the state to eldorado in time soon.

He also used the medium to congratulate Governor Yahaya Bello for his doggedness, determination and commitment in achieving the great success in the just concluded election, praying that God shall continue to guide, protect and bless him even after office.

He also Congratulated the Honourable Minister for Steel Development, Prince Shuaibu Audu who served as the Director General of Campaign Council at the state level, Hon Funsho Olumoko who also served as Director General of the campaign council in Kogi West, stressing that their leadership also added flavor to the overall success of the party at the poll.

He commended the party leaders and faithfuls in Kabba-Bunu, the traditional rulers led by His Royal Majesty, Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi, the Obaro of Kabba, and Chairman, Okun Area Traditional Council, the religious leaders, security agencies who worked in the local government before, during and after the poll and all those who make it possible to have a clean exercise that will continue to be a reference point in the history of election in the state, urging them to sustain the support and cooperation.
