DNN Award 2023: Engr Olusegun Toluhi Commends the management of Democracy Newsline on his recognition for community development
A retired Director of the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA) and Clergyman at All Christian Fellowship Church, Abuja, Engr. Olusegun Toluhi, FNSE has commended the management of Democracy Newsline Newspaper for recognizing him on Community Development, stressing that he never knew organizations like that were monitoring his activities while discharging his official duties.
The Kabba-born engineer breezed into the program shortly after which Lekan Toluhi represented him to receive the award on his behalf, stressing that the choice of National Merit House as the venue of the event shows that the organizers are out for genuine venture.
He said the 13th annual lecture and presentation of awards were unique considering the calibre of men and women that are being honoured at the occasion and promised to continue to assist the community in a way that will propel the development, peace and unity of the community and Nigeria at large.
He said the media is the watchdog of the society, and urged them to continue to do their work professionally to enrich good governance in the country, stressing that the recognition will spur him to continue to do more for the people and humanity.
Pastor Olusegun Toluhi was honoured by Democracy Newsline Newspaper in recognition of his landmark achievements in the area of community development both in Kabba, Kogi state and FCT Abuja.
