Dr. Femi Olubiyo and Hon. Femi Owoniyi Omoga to Receive Honorary Chieftaincy Titles from Aiyede Amuro Community

The Aiyede Amuro Traditional Council has unanimously decided to confer the prestigious chieftaincy titles of Bobajiroro and Amuludun of Aiyede Amuro Community on Dr. Femi Olubiyo and Hon. Femi Owoniyi Omoga, respectively.
Dr. Olubiyo is a renowned Lagos-based business mogul and President of the Legend Club of Okunland, while Hon. Omoga serves as Special Adviser on Political Matters to Governor Usman Ododo of Kogi State.
According to a letter signed by Chief Tuesday Adeniji, Council Secretary, the conferment ceremony is scheduled to take place during the 2025 Aiyede Day Celebration on October 4, 2025.
The nominations of Dr. Olubiyo and Hon. Omoga were strongly recommended by Amb. Dr. Samuel Babatunde Esanuaje, FCA, also known as the Akeweje of Aiyede Amuro.
The council is confident that Dr. Olubiyo and Hon. Omoga will live up to expectations as worthy ambassadors of the Aiyede Amuro Community in Mopamuro Local Government Area of Kogi State.
In Yoruba culture, chieftaincy titles are bestowed upon individuals who have demonstrated exceptional service, leadership, or contributions to their communities, carrying specific responsibilities and expectations that reflect the community’s values and traditions.
In a telephone chat with journalists from Lagos, Dr. Olubiyo expressed their readiness to receive the honor wholeheartedly, without any reservations, demonstrating their appreciation for the recognition and commitment to continuing their good work.
