Edo Assembly Receives Three Bills From Gov. Obaseki For Consideration, Drilled BEDC, TCN Management Over Epileptic Power Supply

Edo state House of Assembly has received three (3) Bills from the State Governor, Godwin Obaseki for consideration and passage.

The Bills include the one asking for a Law to Establish Edo State Community Security Network law 2024 and for other matters connected therewith,

The second one is a bill for a law to Establish the Edo State Tourism Agency charged with the responsibility to facilitate the Development and Regulation of Tourism in Edo State with other related matters

The third one is a bill for a law to Establish Edo State Fire Fighter Service Governance Law 2024.

All the Bills were presented by the majority leader Hon.Charity Aiguobaruekhian.

The Speaker of the house, Rt Hon. Blessing Agbebaku after receiving the three bills asked that the bills be slated for a second reading after passing the first reading.

Meanwhile, the House on Wednesday received the management of BEDC and TCN at the plenary where they were made to answer questions on why there is no end to the epileptic power supply in Edo state which they blamed on generation.
