The KDU President General, Mr. Emmanuel Bobinihi, has extended his warm felicitations to the Muslim Ummah in Kabba and globally on the occasion of the 2025 Eid-el-Kabir celebration.

In a statement signed by the secretary, Mr. Owohunwa Kehinde, on June 5, 2025, Mr. Bobinihi noted the significance of the celebration, marking the second year of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s leadership and the purposeful leadership being provided by Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo’s administration.

The President General urged Muslims to use the occasion to reflect on the nation’s current challenges, particularly the activities of bandits and Boko Haram insurgents.

He called on Muslims on pilgrimage to the Holy Land to pray for peace and love for Nigerian citizens.

Mr. Bobinihi emphasized that peaceful coexistence is a prerequisite for rapid development, stating that it is essential for the progress of any nation and its citizens.

He wished Muslims a happy celebration and encouraged them to strive for peace and unity in the country.

The KDU President General’s message highlights the importance of peaceful coexistence in achieving rapid development and progress.

As Nigerians celebrate Eid-el-Kabir, they are reminded of the need to work towards unity, peace, and love for the betterment of the country.
