Encomium, as Amb. Gabriel Abinu marks birthday in grand style
Families and friends have continued to shower encomium on a young Philanthropist from Kogi State Amb. Gabriel Abinu as he celebrates his birthday today 25th April 2025.
Speaking to Journalists on Friday, they described the Nigeria international tennis coach as God sent to humanity.
According to them, Amb. Abinu contributions to his people can not be over emphacized, noting that, he is indeed a blessing to his people.
They maintained that it is important for the general public to emulate the good virtues of Amb. Abinu adding that the Kogi State Government should give him a State honour for his tremendous contributions to development of the people.
“As we celebrate this our brother Amb. Gabriel Abinu, it is our prayers that God will continue to protect, and preserve him for us. No harms will befall on him because he is very generous to humanity.
” Through Amb. Abinu, many of our Children have now return to school while many businesses have been resuscitated. His empowerment programmes for our people is highly commendable courtesy of Amb. Gabriel Abinu. Words alone can’t express our appreciation to this young man for his selfless service to humanity”.
Amb. Abinu over the years have been a pacesetter, peace builder, and a Man of unquestionable character who have nurtured many individuals to an enviable height.
His philanthropic gesture and contributions to humanity have earned him both national and international award.
In his short spell in Nigeria before pursuing his career abroad, he single handedly sponsored students to further their education in various Tertiary institutions across the Country, paying their tuition fees despite the current economic downturn.
Aside this, Amb. Abinu quest for a healthy life for his people in Kogi State made him sank boreholes for them to enable them have access to portable drinking water which will avert any outbreak of diseases in the Environment.
His love for sports especially tennis knows no bounds. Amb. Abinu victorious career in Tennis is still ringing bell both national and in the diaspora. Through his foundation, many athletes have been able to showcase their God given talents to represent Kogi State at various level making them a pride of our great nation Nigeria.
Out of his magnanimity, thousands of people have benefited from Amb. Abinu empowerment programs as they are now self reliant in their areas of specializations and businesses despites the current economic quagmires.
As Amb. Gabriel Abinu adds another years to his age, his examplary leadership and commitment to the growth of Kogi State and Nigeria in general will forever be appreciated for generations to come. Indeed, Amb. Abinu remains a Man for all season and a living hero whose legacies can never be forgotten till the end of this world.
