The official launch of the Property Brokers International Magazine and the unveiling of Africa’s 100 Real Estate Personalities—a landmark publication capturing vital insights into Africa’s real estate sector—has continued to generate widespread commendations and emotions from attendees.

The event, which held on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at the prestigious Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre, Abuja, attracted industry leaders, government officials, and stakeholders from across the real estate value chain.

Speaking exclusively to the media at the ceremony, the Technical Adviser to the Executive Governor of Bayelsa State on Media and Public Affairs, Hon. Wisdom Oniekpar Ikuci, applauded the publisher, Mr. Mathew Ibadin, for embarking on what he described as a “herculean but noble task” of providing relevant information to professionals in the real estate sector and the general public.

He described Ibadin as “an outstanding and hardworking Nigerian whose quest for acquiring and impacting knowledge is unprecedented,” stressing that the magazine would serve as a guide not only to real estate practitioners but also to individuals in other sectors.

Also delivering a goodwill message, the Head of Operations at Forevermore Homes Estate Company, Ms. Elizabeth Ubah, hailed the publication for availing readers with valuable ideas that would aid realtors in decision-making while also creating a platform to expand the frontiers of real estate business in Africa.

Earlier in his address, the Guest Speaker and Chief Launcher, Chief Executive Officer of Home and Homes, Dr. Ikem Ume-Ezeoke, eulogized the publisher for deploying his decades of experience in the real estate industry into the magazine. He described Mr. Ibadin as a “valuable asset to the African real estate developers’ community.”

Dr. Ikem further emphasized that the usefulness of the publication cuts across not just real estate, but also the construction, infrastructure, security, and hospitality sectors.

The successful launch of the Property Brokers International Magazine and the unveiling of Africa’s 100 Real Estate Personalities have further established Mathew Ibadin as a reservoir of knowledge—one whose commitment to promoting integrity, transparency, and excellence continues to shape one of Africa’s most thriving sectors.
