Engineer Solomon Kayode Eulogizes Governor Bello on the establishment of Kogi State University, Kabba
A chieftain of the ruling All Progressive Congress in Kabba/Bunu Local Government Area, Engineer Solomon Kayode has eulogized Governor Yahaya Bello on the establishment of the Kogi State University to be sited in Kabba, headquarters of Kogi West Senatorial District and Okun nation, stressing that he has proved to be a Governor who truly love the people.
He said Governor Bello has shown commitment to developing all sectors of the state through equitable distribution of resources of the state especially in the education sector.
He noted that the establishment of the university will provide the three senatorial districts with state universities, noting that it would also attract other social and economic development to Kabba and environ.
He said the people of Okun land will continue to remember him for good having make their long aged dream of hosting a higher learning institution on their soil a reality.
He also used the opportunity to appreciate the Honourable Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Hon. Wemi Jones, the Chairman Technical Committee, Professor Olu Obafemi, other members of the state executive council for their roles of bringing the laudable project into fruition.
