Engr. Ajibero Hands Over to Emmanuel Bobinihi as KDU President-General

The Kabba Development Union (KDU) has officially transitioned to a new leadership, with Engr. Emmanuel Ajibero handing over the instrument of office to Emmanuel Bobinihi as the new President-General. This development comes amid ongoing challenges within the union.

In a press statement, the National Public Relations Officer, James Olorunmolu, described the recent invasion of the KDU Secretariat and the current situation as unfortunate. He emphasized that the union is guided by law and will not allow anyone to hijack the organization.

Engr. Ajibero congratulated the new executive and urged members to support Bobinihi’s leadership. He advised the new President-General to remain focused on the development of Owe land and the peaceful coexistence of its people.

The outgoing president also called for a thorough investigation into the recent invasion of the Secretariat and urged those responsible to be held accountable.

He wished the new executive a successful tenure and encouraged them to prioritize the union’s goals.

With this transition, the KDU enters a new chapter under the leadership of Emmanuel Bobinihi, who is expected to build on the foundation laid by the previous administration.
