ESV AMARA BAGS NIGERIA INSTITUTION OF ESTATE SURVEYORS AND VALUERS AWARD.
Esv, Amara Okere has been inducted as an Associates of the Nigeria Institution of Estates Surveyor and Valuers.
Amara was bestowed with the award along other Studious and hardworking Estate Surveyors and Valuers at the institution’s 2024 Induction of Associates, with the theme, Developing Skills for Exellence,” held Tuesday November 3rd at the Base University, Jabi District of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, a ceremony that attracted critical Stakeholders of the Profession across the Nigeria.
Speaking to the press Shortly, after the Associates Award was Confered on her, Esv, Amara said she feel fulfilled and Overwhelmingly delighted to be honoured with the Prestigious “Associates” Award of the Institution, pointing out that the award was an acknowledgement and recognition of her hard work, dedication, and also a mark of honour and identification for her Contributions to the Profession.
While Commending the Institution for the kind gesture accorded her, she also pledged her irrevocable Commitment towards promoting and upholding the ethics and values of the Profession for the progress of the sector and the Country at large.
Continuing, Esv Amara Okere expressed her boundless gratitude fo God Almighty for the grace which enabled her to attain the position as an Associates of the Institution,also acknowledging the support and Contributions of her Husband, mr Okere whom she described as a pillar of Support.
Commenting on what it takes to be accorded the “Associates” of the Nigeria Institution of Estates Surveyor and Valuers, Esv, Amara Okere who has about fifteen years experience in the Profession, explained that becoming an “Associate” of the Institution was no mean feat, saying an Associates of the Institution must be a Graduate and must have practised the Profession for years to become familiar with the System,including undergoing series of interviews, examinations and also conducting critical analysis, she said.
