Gov Bello in company of Ohinoyi of Ebira land, Alhaji Ado Ibrahim Observe the 2023 Eid-El-Kabir prayers at the Okene Central Eid ground
Kogi State Governor, His Excellency Yahaya Bello, CON, joined other Muslims in observing the 2023 Eid-El-Kabir prayers at the Okene Central Eid ground along the checkpoint in Okene.

The Governor who arrived the prayer ground in company of the paramount ruler of Ebiraland, His Royal Majesty (Dr) Ado Ibrahim, whom he had previously paid homage to at the Ohinoyi’s Palace, conveyed an important message of peace, generosity and care while addressing journalists.
Governor Bello encouraged the people to draw inspiration from the exemplary virtues demonstrated by Prophet Ibrahim. He emphasized the importance of sacrifice, patience, steadfastness, generosity, and unwavering obedience to Allah’s command and constituted authority. These qualities, he stated, should serve as guiding principles for citizens as they confront the contemporary challenges of nation-building.
Furthermore, Governor Bello expressed admiration for the policy decisions and programs initiated by President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu thus far. He expressed his unwavering optimism that President Tinubu’s administration will lead Nigeria to even greater heights.
In light of the festive occasion of Eid-El-Kabir, the Governor urged all citizens to maintain law and order and to celebrate responsibly.
