Gov. Ododo, Ex-Gov Bello, Ayoade Arike, Asiwaju Prince Olusoji, others to grace Prince Kolawole’s 60th birthday

The Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Ododo is expected to be the Special Guest of Honour at the 60th birthday celebration of the immediate past Speaker of Kogi House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Prince Matthew Kolawole, while the former Governor of the state, Alhaji Yahaya Bello is the Father of the Day.

According to the statement issued by the planning committee, a philanthropist, Asiwaju Prince Olatunji Olusola is expected to be the Guest of Honour at the ceremony.

Secretary to the Government of Kogi State, Dr. Mrs. Ayoade Folashade Arike will be the Mother of the Day while the Obaro of Kabba, Oba Solomon Owoniyi is expected to lead other traditional rulers in Okun land to the occasion.

The former Speaker is also going to empowered 500 widows. The empowerment programme comes up on the 31st of May 2025, while his 60th birthday celebration comes up 1st of June, 2025 at Christ Apostle Church (CAC) Ayeteju, Kabba and reception follows immediately at Johnny’s event center Kabba.

Other dignitaries across party lines are expected to grace the occasion.
