Gov Ododo Inspects 8.6km Ogaminana-Obangede-Okaito Road, Praises TEC Engineering’s Impressive Work

Obangede, Kogi State.

Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, today May 4, 2025 inspected the ongoing construction of the 8.6km Ogaminana-Obangede-Okaito Road, expressing satisfaction with the impressive work done by TEC Engineering. The Governor’s visit aimed to assess the project’s progress and quality of work.

During the inspection, Governor Ododo commended TEC Engineering for their dedication to delivering high-quality infrastructure, noting that the road project will significantly improve transportation and boost economic activities in the region. “I sincerely appreciate the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for his support. We also give thanks to our leader, His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, for initiating this project during his second term in office,” he stated.

The Governor was highly impressed with the quality of work, particularly noting the use of local content. “As an auditor, I can see value for money in the quality of work executed so far,” he said. He appreciated TEC Engineering for their wonderful job, urging them to increase the speed of work for a more significant completion percentage.

Engr. Ho Frank of TEC Engineering thanked the Kogi State Government for the fruitful partnership and promised to intensify efforts for thorough execution of the project.

The road is expected to enhance connectivity, facilitate trade, and improve the overall quality of life for residents, reflecting the Governor’s administration commitment to developing Kogi State’s infrastructure.
