GOVERNING COUNCIL APPOINTMENT: Omoluabi congratulates Prof Obafemi, Sir Johnson Jimoh, says their appointment is a deliberate government’s decision to take the Institutions to great heights,

…as he encourage them to deploy their undisputable capacity to work

Immediate past Special Adviser to the former Governor of Kogi State, Omoluabi Bode Adeyemi have sent congratulatory message to the newly appointed Pro- Chancellor of the Confluence University of Science and Technology, Osara, Prof. Olu Obafemi and Member of Governing Council of the Kogi State University, Kabba, Sir Johnson Jimoh over their recent appointment, declaring them duo as undisputable and indispensable assets of the Kabba/Bunu LGA who are on specific mission to create impacts at the ivory towers in the state.

Omoluabi while thanking the visitor of the two Institutions, Governor Yahaya Bello for the well thought-out appointment, he described them as the people needed for assignment of development and consolidation on the gains of establishing such Institutions for the Educational development of the state. He commended them for accepting to Undertake the onerous task of transforming the Institutions into the dreams of the founding fathers.

Omoluabi says a cosmopolitan academic like Professor Olu Obafemi whose decades of academic excellence and Educational administration exploits across Nigeria are undeniable yet unassailable. He said Prof Obafemi is an unusual reservoir of academic excellence who have over the time carved a niche for himself.

He says Sir Johnson Jimoh is a successful administrator, funds management Professional and outstanding public servant who rose to the position of a Director at the Federal Capital Territory administration and longest serving member of the Federal Account Allocation Committee(FAAC). He described Sir Johnson Jimoh as a community developer and team lead whose record of selflessness is enviable. As a Knight of the Roman Catholic, Omoluabi says he has built a character of honesty, service and leadership dearly needed in the development of a nascent Institution like Kogi State University, Kabba.

Omoluabi enjoined the two to serve the people with all their will and contacts to make the Institutions the best all of the country
