Group Lauds Gov Nwifuru for empowering Ebonyi Youths with Over N4bn

A group, Animal Farm Club of Nigeria has lauded Ebonyi state governor, Chief Francis Nwifuru for the massive empowerment of Ebonyians with the tune of over N4 billion naira.
In a statement signed by the President of the group, Mr Ike Nwafor; Secretary, Ekene Onwosi; Old Mayor, Maurice Mbam and the Publicity Secretary, Mathew Eke on behalf of other members, they noted that Governor Nwifuru has demonstrated unparalleled commitment to the welfare of Ebonyi people since he assumed office.
The group also lauded the governor for the ongoing empowerments of 1300 and 95 youths with one million naira each and three million naira each respectively.
They noted that Nwifuru’s achievements in all the sectors of the economy speak volume on his preparedness for good governance.
The body also stressed that Nwifuru’s leadership disposition has endeared him to Ebonyi people that his second term bid would be a smooth victory for his Party.
According to them “we have resolved to endorse and galvanise supports for the reelection of our dear governor, Francis Nwifuru in 2027. We reached this decision in appreciation of the fact that since he assumed office, Governor Nwifuru had demonstrated unparalleled commitment to the welfare of Ebonyi people”.
“It is worthy of note that Nwifuru has prioritized workers welfare with the payment of gratuities since Ebonyi state was created in 1996. The payment of gratuities and prompt payment of pension have brought relief and hopes to retired civil servants”.
“We will not continue to enumerate his achievements but to add that the establishment of two Universities of Aeronautics Engineering and ICT at Onueke and Oferekpe Agbaja-Izzi respectively will not only provide quality education but also create opportunities for economic growth and human capital development in the state and southeast in general”.
The body further congratulated the Governor for the appointment of two members of the club as Coordinator of Echi-aba Development Centre, Mr Friday Oketa and Mr Nnanna Elechi as Commissioner for Trade and Investment.
