Hajia Ramatu Condoles Governor Usman Ododo Over the Demise of His Father

A chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State, Hajiya Ramatu Ibrahim, the Jaruma Mata of Africa, has commiserated with the Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Ahmed Usman Ododo, over the passing of his father, Alhaji Ahmed Momoh Ododo.
Hajiya Ramatu described the news of the elder statesman’s demise as shocking and devastating, not only to her personally but to the entire state.

She noted that it was saddening and painful for the Governor to lose such an important pillar at this crucial time of his administration — a time when the prayers, counsel, and guidance of his father were most needed.
The APC stalwart further remarked that Governor Ododo should be consoled by the fact that his late father, of blessed memory, was widely reputed as a man of peace, humility personified, and of unquestionable integrity.
She prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the deceased eternal rest in Aljanat Firdaus and to give the Governor and his family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
