Hayatudeeen and the Thriving FHA Mortgage Bank,

Aside the statutory functions of the Federal Housing Authority Mortgage Bank, FHAMB towards providing affordable houses through mortgages, leadership experience and dedication to duty has counted so much as part of the success story .
With Hayatudeeen Awwal Atiku as the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer of the organization geared towards ensuring the proliferation of the Renewed Hope Housing programs in the country.

Under his leadership, proliferation of houses to low income Nigerians, civil servants , workers in the orgnised private sectors and availement of subscribers through the bank has doubled in recent times, particularly for middle class age and ordinary Nigerians to ensure a healthy living.
Since provision of houses is the one of cardinal objectives of the present administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu under his Renewed Hope Agenda which is geared towards guaranteeing mass housing across the country.
To consolidate the targeted program of the Federal Housing Authority, FHA via the Federal Housing Authority Mortgage Bank, FHAMB, the management embarked on wholistic innovations in the country.
Under his new regulatory roles , rejigged atmosphere under the management of Hayatudeeen which included Federal Housing Authority Renewed Hope Housing, Public, Private Partnerships, PPP, which inculcated the private sector into developing and providing more access to Housing in Nigeria.
Also the Federal Ministry of Housing established under the present administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, FMH,URD to provide Renewed Hope cities across the country with input from the Bank.
In addition to that , the Bank also coordinated through the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, FMBN, National Housing Fund , NHF loans, for the FMBN funded loans.
Similarly, it also embarked on Family Home Fund Estates, FHF, across the country and also “Help to Own” for low income earners that enable them access shelter across the nation.
The “Help to Own’ arrangements has opened another chapter of inculcating both middle, low and high income residents.
Through the Federal Ministry of Finance Real Estate Investment Funds, MRIEF, the Mortgage Bank provided a leeway to attracting more investors in the Housing value chain.
The Nigerian Mortgage Re- Financing Company ,NMRC has performed uniquely under the current leadership in the Mortgage Bank.
The Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders, IMBL provided an enabling environment to Nigerians with a genuine investment using the Bank as a link to series of its investment.
Assets and Liabilities Investment , ALCO is playing a leading roles in the Housing industry, through indepth verification of assets and liabilities before availement.
The new area is capable of providing a soft landing to subscribers capable of galvanizing and attracting buyers.
With Retirement Savings Account, RSA,through Pension Commission, PENCOM, the Bank give access to eligible subscribers of houses both in the cos of providing more houses in the country.
The Bank has also embarked on construction of its estates directly across area council’s of the nations city due to the surge into the FCT as well as states across the country.
From Gwagwalada, Kuje, Abaji, Bwari, Kwali and AMAC , the Federal Housing Authority Mortgage Bank FHAMB has devised another area of resolving accommodation problems in line with the Renewed Hope Housing program of the President.
