HON. BABAGANA HAILS GOV. ZULUM’S STRIDES ON GRASSROOT

The Councillor representing the good people of Dikwa central Ward in Dikwa local Government Area of Borno State , Hon. Babagana Umara has lauded the efforts of the Executive Governor of Borno State His, Excellency , Professor, Babagana Umara Zulum for his giant Stride in the various local Government Area of the State.

According to Hon. Umara , Governor Zulum’s has demonstrated his unwavering Commitments towards impacting the lives of the people at the grassroots by ensuring Security of lives and Properties, provision of infrastructure and also prioritising the welfare of the people .

The Councillor representing Dikwa central Ward, gave the Commendation while addressing the media at a National Convention and Election of New Executives 2024, of the National Councillors Forum of Nigeria, (NCF) with a theme, Consolidating Constitutional Local Government Financial Autonomy: Derivatives and Internal Outsourcing for Sustainable Growth and Development, held between 11th-13th, December, 2024, at the Green minds Hotels, Utako Abuja, a Convention that attracted Councillors from all the 774 local Government Area in Nigeria.

Continuing, Hon. Umara said Local Government Areas in the State which had almost gone extinct as a result of damages caused by Boko Haram terrorist, are currently witnessing rehabilitation and reconstruction under Governor Zulum’s administration, which is also a testament to his Commitments to the people at the grass roots.

He said Local Government Areas in Borno State were doing well, local Government Employees received their salaries in full as and when due without interference from any quarter he stressed ,and that they the legislators and the executive Chairman gets what is constitutionally their entitlement.
