HON. ENEFOLA TASKS KOGI COUNCIL CHAIRMEN TO REPLICATES ODODO’S FOOTPRINTS IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS

The Member representing Igalamela/ Odolu State Constituency in the Kogi State House of Assembly who’s also the House Committee Chairman on Security, Hon. Enefola Major has urged the Newly inaugurated Council Chairmen in Kogi State to replicate Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo footprints in their various local Government areas.
According to Hon Enefola, the Inaugurated Council Chairmen should be familiar with the policies of the State Governor, His Excellency, Ahmed Usman Ododo, tape in to his Vision which had been people centric, and a yearnings to transform the State Since inception.
The Kogi State House of Assembly Committee Chairman on Security further said he was elated over the formal inauguration of the elected Chairman, and also Congratulated them over their Victory at the Saturday October 19th Council elections that necessitated their Current Status as Executives of their Various local Government areas.
Continuing, Hon. Enefola said he was Confident and Optimistic that the newly inaugurated team of local Government Chairmen would perform by providing the dividend of Democracy to the people of their respective Council .
Hon. Major Enefola who disclosed this to the media in an exclusive interview at a reception, held at the Karomsi Hotel phase 1 extension Lokoja to honour the newly Sworn in Chairman of Igalamela/Odolu local Government area, Hon. Cosmas Atabo, Monday October 21st, 2024, further asserted that, with the full granting of local Government autonomy which enable Council Chairmen to have access to fund, the people at the grassroots Should expect unimaginable development, more so that their needs are minimal he said.
Finally, he said Considering the Current economic reality in the Country, Citizens and residents at the various local Government Council, particularly, those at the rural areas Should embrace Agriculture so that there Could be Surplus foods for Consumption and for Commercial purpose, he admonished.
