Hon. Funsho Olumoko Throws Weight Behind Tinubu and Ododo’s Re-Election Bids

Hon. Funsho Olumoko, a two-term Chairman of Ijumu Local Government Area and current Pro-Chancellor of the Federal University of Education Pankshin, has declared his full support for the re-election bids of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Ododo in 2027. Olumoko made this declaration during a special session with the Okun League of Progressive Elites (OLOPE) team at his Abuja residence.

Olumoko emphasized that given the duo’s landmark performances in office, it would be fitting to grant them total support for their re-election bids. This endorsement reverberated on the heels of Olumoko’s recent engagement with Governor Ododo, where he presented his letter of engagement as Pro-Chancellor of the Federal University of Education Pankshin Governing Council.

The OLOPE team, led by Director-General Barr. Alfred Bello, Secretary Hon. Sesan Orebiyi, and Group Coordinator Chief Shuaib Ipinmisho, welcomed Olumoko’s endorsement
