Hon. Olumoko Urges Support for President Tinubu, Commends ODI for Organizing Okun Unity Summit

Pro-chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of the Federal University of Education, Pankshin, Hon. Funsho Olumoko has called on Nigerians to continue supporting President Bola Tinubu’s administration.
He made this remark while addressing Journalists yesterday in Kabba at the sidelines of the second Okun Nation’s Summit with the theme: Okun Unity, The Power of One Voice, The Strength of Many Hands organized by the Okun Development Initiative (ODI).
Hon. Olumoko acknowledged the challenges faced by the administration but commended the significant economic decisions made to address the country’s issues.
He urged Nigerians to continue to give their support to the government, recognizing that meaningful change often requires difficult decisions.
He emphasized the importance of collaboration and support for the government to achieve its goals and drive development in the country.
He encouraged Nigerians to rally behind the administration and work together towards a brighter future, stressing that with what is on the table in two years shows that there are better days ahead.
The Pro-chancellor also praised Okun Development Initiative (IDI) for hosting the summit, which aimed to promote unity, progress, and development in Okunland, pointing out that such summit to creat opportunity for the stakeholders to be meeting to discuss issues affecting the area should be regula.
He said though such arrangements might require financial implications but acknowledged that it is necessary to meet on regular basis, that aside ODA, ODI, other organizations interested in the development of the area can come up with such.
He encouraged the organization to continue hosting such events to foster collaboration and progress.
