Hon Femi Omoga said it is heartwarming to celebrate a man of strong character and an accomplished military officer who made Owe/Okun nation and indeed Kogi State proud while he served the nation in various capacities stressing that his footprints at the Department of Military Intelligent are still indelible.
He said Vice Admiral Joseph Ajayi (Rtd) has carved a niche for himself looking at his monumental contributions to the overall development of the nation while in positions, stressing that Kogi State is happy to have someone of his calibre, praying that God in His infinite mercy shall continue to grant him good health to live long for the benefit of humanity.
