Hon. Owoniyi Stephen Femi, widely known as Omoga, a distinguished grassroots mobilizer and Special Adviser to the Governor on Political Matters, has paid a condolence visit to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kogi State.

This visit is not just an ordinary act of protocol, but one deeply rooted in the values of empathy, loyalty, and solidarity which form the foundation of strong leadership. Hon. As a Special Adviser on Political Matters, Hon. Omoga has continually proven himself as a bridge between the government and the people at the grassroots. His actions reflect the understanding that politics is not only about policies and elections, but also about humanity, shared experiences, and emotional strength. Leaders who stand by each other during times of grief strengthen the bond of trust that drives effective governance.

His condolence visit also serves as a powerful message to the political class and the general public: that in leadership, respect and love must be practical and visible. It is by such gestures of care and solidarity that trust is deepened, unity is fostered, and the vision of good governance is sustained.

Hon. Omoga’s humility and sense of duty stand out as a reminder that true leaders do not distance themselves during difficult times, but rather show presence, share in the pain, and extend strength to those at the helm of affairs. By doing so, he has not only honored the Governor but has also reinforced the culture of loyalty and collective responsibility that sustains the political family in Kogi State.

In his remarks, Hon. Omoga expressed heartfelt sympathy and assured His Excellency of his continued support, prayers, and loyalty. He noted that the Governor’s strength, wisdom, and leadership remain a beacon of hope for the people of Kogi State, and prayed that God grants him fortitude in every season of challenge.

This visit is a reflection of the enduring relationship between the Governor and his team of committed advisers, showing the people of Kogi State that the government is united in purpose, bound by mutual respect, and guided by the spirit of empathy.
