Jagunmolu of Oweland, Vice Admiral Joseph Ajayi (rtd) Commiserates with the Obaro of Kaba over the demise of his wife, Olori Maria Owoniyi

The Jagunmolu of Oweland and retired Vice Admiral Joseph Ajayi has commiserate with His Royal Majesty, Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi, the Obaro of Kabba, and chairman, Okun Area Traditional Council over the demised of his beloved wife, Olori Maria Ige Owoniyi, whose death occurred yesterday after a brief illness.

In his message of sympathy, Vice Admiral Ajayi Joseph described the late Olori Maria as a woman of exceptional strength, dignity, and compassion, whose contributions to the welfare of the people of Kabba Kingdom were immeasurable.

He stated that her passing is a profound loss to both the Obaro and the entire community of Kabba and Okunland.

Olori Maria Ige Owoniyi was not just the wife of the Obaro, but a woman whose legacy of service and kindness touched the lives of many, pointed out that her dedication to the well-being of the people of the community was evident in everything she did while alive.

Jagunmolu also expressed his solidarity with the Obaro and the royal family during this difficult time.

He acknowledged the strength of the royal family in the face of such a painful loss, noting that the memory of Olori Maria’s life and her works would continue to serve as an inspiration to all.

The people of Kabba Kingdom have lost a great daughter, wife and mother, whose giant support and leadership for the women folks in community will be greatly missed.

He noted that her passing marks the end of an era of compassion and service, but her contributions will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to witness her unwavering commitment to the betterment of the kingdom, Admiral Joseph said.

He also called on the people of the community to come together in solidarity to offer prayers and support to the Obaro and his family, to comfort them during this time of mourning.

He emphasized that the passing of Olori Maria Ige Owoniyi should not only be a moment of grief but also a time to celebrate her life, achievements, and the lasting impact she made on the community and society at large as a retired Human Resource Manager at Nestle Nigeria Plc.

Jagunmolu concluded his message by praying for the peaceful repose of Olori Maria’s soul and for strength for the Obaro and the royal family as they navigate this trying period.

He also prayed for the people of Kabba, asking that they find solace in the knowledge that Olori Maria’s legacy will endure for generations to come.
