Jerry Omodara Hails Elulu’s Peaceful Reign as Monarch Marks 1st Anniversary
The State Security Adviser to Kogi State Government, Commander Jerry Omodara (rtd), has congratulated the Elulu of Mopa HRM Oba Muyiwa Ibeun, on the 1st anniversary of his ascension to the throne. He described Oba Ibeun as a bridge builder and committed figure to the unity of the Okun nation and Kogi State.
Commander Omodara noted that the Elulu of Mopa HRM Oba Ibeun is a highly detribalized Nigerian who had used his position to assist the Governor Ododo’s led administration at various levels to ensure stability in the polity. He pointed out that Mopa Town has witnessed tremendous social-economic development under the Elulu of Mopa and has assumed pre-eminent importance in Kogi State and Nigeria as a whole.
Jerry Omodara also praised Oba Ibeun for bringing his diplomatic skills to bear on his Royal duties noting that Mopa has become a melting pot for Kogi people. The security chief further described Oba Ibeun as a selfless servant of the people of Mopa and a compassionate philanthropist who is ever ready to assist the less privileged.
Omodara prayed to God to grant Oba Muyiwa Ibeun more fruitful years on the throne and more selfless service to humanity.
