Jos East: PDP Chairmanship candidate dispell rumours of Fertilizer division

The Immediate past TIC Chairman of Jos East Local Government Area, Hon. Nyam Husseini,AKA Kaunda has left no stone unturned in clarifying on how trucks of fertilizers was distributed in the locality.

Kaunda, who’s the current PDP Chairmanship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the forthcoming Local Government Election, gave the statement in Jos during a manifestos presentation organized by the Afizere Cultural and Community Development Association ( ACCDA) AYM and Women Wing, for the Chairmanship candidates and their Deputies in Jos East and Jos North Local Government Areas.

The Chairmanship candidate started his presentation with appreciation to the Executive Governor of Plateau state, Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, for finding him worthy to served as the TIC Chairman and also providing fertilizer,rice and other grains to the locality.

According to Kaunda,the trucks of fertilizers was stored at the whare house in Kudedu and Paramount Ruler of Izere Nation,Agwom Izere was involved in the distribution of the fertilizers to the farmers of the local Government.

He said the distribution was done in a very transparent manner.

The Candidate attributed the rumours to the handy work of some disgruntled elements.

Also speaking during his presentation, Hon. Nyam enumerated few of his achievements while in office as TIC Chairman, ranging from Agriculture, Electricity, Education, Security among others and pledge to consolidate if given the opportunity to serve as the Executive Chairman of Jos East Local Government.

The Chairmanship hopeful arrived the Venue with his team of his supporters and his Deputy ,Hon. Yusuf Atsen, popularly known as A.Y.M.

Other Candidates that graced the occasion includes Barr. JK Chris,PDP Chairmanship candidate of Jos North Local Government Area,Barr. Galadima Nyam Labour Party,Jos East among others.
