Jubilation in Gegu Beki, Iraki Communities As Gov. Bello Restores, Replaces Transformers
… No administration has met yearnings, aspirations of people of Kogi LGA like Gov Bello’s administration – Engr. Bashir Gegu.
The jubilation and excitements in Gegu Beki and Iraki Communities of Kogi LGA knows no bound following the restoring and replacement of the transformers of the two Communities by Gov. Yahaya Bello.
The joy of the people is anchored on the fact that within 24 hours after listening to their cries, Gov. Bello ordered for the replacement of the 500KVA and 200KVA at Gegu Beki and IRAKI community of Kogi LGA and within a blink of an eye the Transformers arrived.

The residents of the communities were a/excited and appreciative of Gov. Bello for listening to them through the Commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural Resources Engr. Bashir Gegu.
It would be recalled that Engr. Bashir Gegu put a call across to the Governor and in less than 24 hours the communities received two brand new transformers.
Speaking on the Governor’s gesture, Engr. Bashir said ” We can not thank the Governor enough. We owe him and we shall reciprocate handsomely in the next Government of Ododo Ahmed Usman”
” We want to place it on record that no administration has met with the yearnings and aspirations of the people of Kogi LGA like the administration of Gov Yahaya Bello”.
” We will continue to in and out of office remain loyal and supportive of his administration. We are also resolved to support the incoming administration of Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo like we did to the administration of Gov Yahaya Bello”, described the present administration as the best that has ever happened to Kogi LGA.
Similarly, the President of Gegu Beki Development Association (GEBDA), Dr Abubakar Musa said GYB parting gift to our communities is commendable and pray to Allah to elevate him because he is a good man and an intelligent politician”.
