Just In: 2 brothers kidnapped in Kakun, Kabba regain freedom

The two people kidnapped on their family land located in Aluju, Kakun community in Kabba-Bunu local government area of Kogi State on the 25th of November 2024, has regained their freedom.

According to information made available to our media by their family members, the Kidnapped victims were released this morning after the ransom was paid but did not disclose the amount.

Chief Dare Olowosegun Obafanyo and Job Bareke are already receiving treatment at an undisclosed medical facility in Kabba.

Earlier, it was reported that the 3 people, including 8 years old kidnapped in Odo-Ape was also released and are back home.

Meanwhile, the Honorable Councilor representing Odo-Ape Ward, Hon. Alaba Moses aka Ope and others are still in the kidnapper’s den as at the time of filing in this reports
